When Jesus met the woman at the well, He was weary and stopped to rest. Christ chose to share in our humanity, and in this way, He knows exactly what it feels like when we ourselves are weary and suffering. Jesus reached out to the Samaritan woman, as He reaches out to us constantly, and He never leaves us abandoned.
