On May 15th 2019, I saw Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transit Authority (LACMTA) 4180 driving around Graham Mall in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, with 2 bikes no less. I'm assuming New Flyer (or Winnipeg Transit) was testing something (viability of XN buses in Winnipeg?), but I'm not sure what.
