On this Bite Size video, we're talking about a red-fleshed apple called Redfield. This apple stems from an apple called Wolf River and Niedzwetzky apples which is where it gets that great red flesh from. Although it's not the greatest eating apple, its red flesh provides a great use in making vibrant Rosé ciders.
