Since 2016, TNC has been working with Groundwork Ohio River Valley, an environmental justice non-profit organization based in Cincinnati, to help advance their work of building equity in conservation. What started as a project for youth to remove invasive species at Jacoby Branch in Yellow Springs has evolved into one of the nation's largest youth green workforce programs.
