The Akamas Peninsula National Park in Cyprus is wonderful wild area north of Paphos, the roads here though are basically tracks and those with hire cars are not supposed to take them along the tracks, ok we broke the rules slightly but we only just drove a little way on the track before it got to the very rough parts.
We had previously seen the donkeys and hoped they were still there on this trip and to Nessies delight they were, she loves donkeys and had to go see them, they look to be well cared for and are quite friendly.
