Yes so Basil (at 26 minutes) explains how the Bohmian quantum potential as noncommutativity "explains" the Einstein Rosen paradox (or challenge to quantum physics that Penrose claims still needs to be solved). "the information doesn't travel." So it's not really retrocausal as a classical propagation. So then Hiley is saying the phase change is based on temperature as negentropy without any need of a physical medium (the microtubules).
So it's just a dynamics without relying on a static rest mass of matter.
It's a very subtle yet radical point indeed. But in terms of meditation it makes sense because you are "turning the light around" in meditation - using the biophotons as the medium directly.
