उज्जैन में रामघाट,महाकाल मंदिर से करीब 1 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर व हरसिद्धि माता मंदिर के पास है।

अमृत मंथन के दौरान शिप्रा नदी के राम घाट के समीप सुंदर कुंड में अमृत की कुछ बूंदे गिरी थी,उज्जैन में हर 12 साल में राम घाट पर कुंभ का आयोजन होता है।

राम घाट पर प्राचीन चित्रगुप्त मंदिर है,यहां पर भगवान राम ने धर्मराज चित्रगुप्त जी की पूजा की थी, यहां पर कालसर्प दोष पूजा व पित्र दोष पूजा होती है, चित्रगुप्त मंदिर मे राहु केतु को शांत करने की भी पूजा होती है।

राम घाट पर भगवान राम ने अपने पिता दशरथ वह माता कौशल्या का तर्पण किया था, शिप्रा नदी उत्तर दिशा की ओर बहती है,उत्तर दिशा देवताओं की मानी जाती है।

शिप्रा नदी में स्नान करने से सभी पापों से मुक्ति मिलती है, शिप्रा नदी को भगवान महाकाल की गंगा के रूप में जाना जाता है।

राम घाट पर कई प्राचीन मंदिर है उनमें से कुछ प्रमुख है,पिशाच मुक्तेश्वर शिवलिंग, वैभव लक्ष्मी, रामेश्वरम महादेव, शिवराज गंगा मंदिर आदि। राम घाट पर श्रद्धालु अपने पूर्वजों की मोक्ष प्राप्ति के लिए तर्पण व पूजा करते हैं।

Ramghat in Ujjain is about 1 km from Mahakal temple and near Harsiddhi Mata temple.

During Amrit Manthan, some drops of Amrit fell in Sundar Kund near Ram Ghat of Shipra river, Kumbh is organized every 12 years at Ram Ghat in Ujjain.

There is an ancient Chitragupt temple at Ram Ghat, here Lord Ram worshiped Dharmaraj Chitragupt ji, here Kalsarp Dosh Puja and Pitra Dosh Puja are done, in Chitragupt temple there is also worship to pacify Rahu Ketu.

At Ram Ghat, Lord Ram offered his father Dashrath and mother Kaushalya, the Shipra river flows towards the north direction, the north direction is considered to be of the gods.

Bathing in Shipra river gives freedom from all sins, Shipra river is known as Ganga of Lord Mahakal.

There are many ancient temples at Ram Ghat, some of them are prominent, pishach Mukteshwar Shivling, Vaibhav Lakshmi, Rameshwaram Mahadev, Shivraj Ganga Temple etc. At Ram Ghat, devotees perform tarpan and worship for the attainment of salvation of their ancestors.
