Steps:
1) Power Down the device
2) Press and hold volume up key and power and the same time
3) After the device vibrate let go of the power but keep holding the volume up key
4) Wait for the device to go into System Recovery
5) Press volume up/down to select your language
6) Press power to select
7) Press volume down until you select wipe data/ factory reset
8) Press power to select
9) Press volume down until you select Yes/delete all your user data
10) Press power to select
11) Wait for the process to finish
12) Press power to select Reboot System Now
13) you are done....
