A medical plane crashed on a drag strip in a straight line (dragstrip) in the town of Akureyri, north Iceland, August 5, 2013 at 2:59 p.m.. On board this aircraft Beechcraft B200 Super King Air Company Mýflug Air, was three. The pilot and doctor were killed on the spot, only the co-pilot survived the crash with minor injuries. The accident occurred Aug. 5, 2013, but video surveillance camera has been released just today, January 6, 2014. The investigation is still ongoing to determine the reasons for the plane crash.
