Homemade jiffy Mix :
6 Cups all-purpose flour
4 1/2 cups cornmeal (extra fine)
1 3/4 sugar
1/2 cup baking powder
1 Tbsp salt
To make jiffy
1 1/2 cups = 1 box
Make corn bread
1 1/2 cups mix
1/3 cup Whole Milk
1 egg
Whisk together
Bake @ 400F
20-30 min( in cast iron)
Muffins just Add 2 tbsp butter to mix bake @ 400F 15-20 min


Everything but the bagel Seasoning :
6 Tbsp poppy seeds
3 Tbsp white sesame seeds
3 Tbsp black sesame seeds
4 Tbsp dried minced onions
4 Tbsp dried minced garlic
6 Tbsp sea salt flakes

Onion soup mix :
2/3 cup dried minced onion
3 tsp parsley flakes
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
4 Tbsp = 1 packet of soup mix

Lemon pepper seasoning :
1/4 cup dried lemon peel
1 Tbsp coarse black pepper
1 Tbsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder

Zesty Italian seasoning blend :
2 Tbsp Oregon
1 Tbsp parsley
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp crushed red pepper flacks
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp basil
1 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp celery salt
*see video for steps
Note : To make salad dressing mix 2 Tbsp of zesty Italian seasoning mix with 1/2 cup white vinegar, 2/3 cup oil and 2 Tbsp water. Shake well.

Brownie Mix :
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp baking powder
Store in airtight container.
When ready to make add
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Coat a 9x9 square pan with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350F.
Stir in liquid to dry mix. Stir until just combined. Pour into baking pan and smooth top. Bake for 20-22 min or until toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool before slicing. Should make 9 large brownies.

Yellow cake mix :
2 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 sugar
3 1/2 baking powder
1 tsp salt
Store in a airtight container
When ready to make
1/2 cup softened butter
2 Tbsp oil
1 1/2 cups milk
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
*to make a funfetti cake add 1 cup of colored sprinkles to dry mix.
Butter and flour your cake pan and bake at 350F
-For a 9” x 13” glass pan, bake at 25-30 min
-For a 9” round pan, bake 20-25
-For cupcakes, bake 12-15 min
-For a bundt pan, bake 20-25 min

1/4 cup onion powder
1/4 cup garlic powder
1/4 cup ground mustard powder
1/4 cup smoked paprika
2 Tbsp salt
1-2 Tbsp ground black pepper
Optional 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
