our Samsung rs50n3513sa American fridge freezer has freezing and cooling issues. Purchased 19th July 2022. Ice cream is like tub of rock and need hammer chisle. In our video when you open freezer door sometimes would be so much mist pouring out cannot see freezer contents and wiuld be slight layer of ice on inside of freezer. Fridge food is going off and in fresh sealed packets of food keep getting condensation and fresh chicken going all slimy. our video was made on 5th Sept as you can clearly see on the Tesco receipt and I mention about the issues we having least 2 weeks before making this video. It took us while to work out there was actually problem and believe this should be in our 28 day period for full refund. Problem was reported to Samsung on 3rd Sept after coming to conclusion there is problem and has taken them upto Friday 23rd Sept late evening for engineer to turn up. Engineer says there is issue and he has also seen our video. As of this evening issue unresolved. Will speak with Mark's electrical and credit card provider over next few days and hopefully come to satisfactory outcome by way of full refund or be able to exchange for different make one as lost faith in particular Samsung product and customer service.
