First up, this SMASH ("single malt and single hop") is not a vienna lager because it's the wrong colour and I'm using the wrong type of hops - this is just going to be a nice drinking lager, and I'm using Pride of Ringwood because apparently it's a bit underrated as a flavour/aroma hop so I'm looking forward to seeing how it turns out.

Veeeery simple recipe of course ...
5.5kg vienna malt
30g Pride of Ringwood @60
8g Pride of Ringwood @flameout
??g Pride of Ringwood dry (not sure how much I'll use yet)
