Welcome to I Love RV Life. We added Abingdon, VA to our winter trip for a little family genealogy research and nostalgia. Abingdon is a beautiful town located in the southwestern tip of Virginia marked by beautiful rolling hills with mountains in the near distance. Abingdon is a historical treasure, founded in 1707 still rich in federal period archtecture, the Martha's Inn named for Martha Washington and the famous Barter Theater. Even with this trip being "off season" this flourishing community of history and artists is a must stop the RV'er.
