Thai food runs in our veins. For 350 out of 365 days, it graced our table—literally every single meal. We believed we had tasted the finest from every region, experiencing depths of jungles, vibrant local street food markets, remote hilltribe villages, thrilling hunting escapades, cozy homestays, best small local restaurants and even Michelin-starred ones...

A good friend of ours told us about KHAAN fine dining restaurant in BKK. He's in this niche for 2 decades...So that experience was officially supposed to be the crown of all our journey in 2023. The cherry on top. 🍒

Normally, after his words, expectations were pretty high (which we didn't like). After days of calculations, we eventually gave in and booked the spot. And what happened? A complete TRANSFORMATION...

Each of the 11 dishes unfolds as more than just culinary creations; they weave a heartwarming tale, honoring the timeless wisdom of farmers, fishermen, hunters, and all those who, with unwavering passion, knowledge, and dedication, provide sustenance.
