Ingredients:
50ml Jameson Irish Whiskey (or your preferred Irish whiskey)
2 teaspoons brown sugar
60ml double espresso, topped up with hot water
2 tablespoons double cream
Instructions:
Dissolve the brown sugar in a splash of hot water at the bottom of your glass.
Add the double espresso, then top with hot water, followed by the whiskey.
Whip or shake the double cream until it thickens and doubles in volume.
Using the back of a spoon, gently float the cream over the coffee to form a smooth, foamy layer.
Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon for garnish.
