Allen Kagina, the former head of the Uganda National Roads Authority, is satisfied that she and her team are handing over the authority with tangible results regarding their mandate in road construction and infrastructure. Kagina and directors of different departments today handed over their reports of completed, ongoing and pending works to the State Minister for Works and Transport, Musa Ecweru.
