Animals are very useful for us. They help us in many ways possible from proving us food to helping us travel or transport things.

We get meat, eggs, milk, honey etc from animals. In early days birds were used to send letters from one place to another. Some animals are kept as pets such as a dog. They guard our house and are very faithful to their master.

But do you know because the necessity of a human keeps on increasing, animals are more likely to get endangered. An endangered animal is one who is at risk of becoming extinct.

Unfortunately, this is due to environmental changes, destruction of their habitat, shortage of food supply, or being hunted. Fortunately, we have laws to protect these endangered animals.

Years ago everyone owned a horse and only the richest used to travel on cars. But now the tables have turned. We see more of cars and only the richest travel on a horse. This is because we humans have extended the use of animals.

So, always try to help animals as much as you can. Like adopting, and planting more trees rather than destroying their habitat.
