Very easy to make and so tasty! This ice cream combines the makings for a chocolate pie filling with cream, The mixture can be made in under 10 minutes.
If you don't have an ice cream maker, put the mixture in a bowl, freeze for 30 min, then use the hand mixer to beat it into a nice smoothness, do this several times, and you will get a good,blended ice cream that tastes much better than store-bought.
Chocolate Ice Cream, my own recipe
2 cups to 1 pint Milk
12ou (1.5 cups) Sugar
3 Tablespoons Cocoa
3 Tablespoons Corn Starch
125 G 85% Chocolate bar (or use more cocoa)
4 Egg Yolks
500 ml Whipping Cream/Heavy Cream
