Leaders from Serbia and Kosovo have met in Brussels to continue talks on the status of Serb-dominated northern Kosovo. Tuesday's EU-mediated talks are the eighth face-to-face session between Ivica Dacic, Serbian prime minister, and Hashim Thaci, prime minister of Kosovo. While many countries have recognised it as an independent country, Serbia has not. Al Jazeera's Nadim Baba reports from Brussels.
