Singapore households may soon have a bigger pool of better-qualified Filipino helpers to choose from. It comes after the Philippines scrapped a long-standing performance bond requirement for employers here. The Association of Employment Agencies said the move sends a strong signal that Singapore is a good destination for domestic workers.
