Treat yourself to a dense, creamy Buttered Rum Coffee.
Ingredients for 1 portion
Essential:
60 ml (2 fl oz)- espresso or coffee
50 ml (1 ⅔ fl oz)- rum
20g (⅔ oz)- butter
60 ml (2 fl oz)- heavy cream
Method:
1. Brew the espresso/coffee in any preferred way.
2. Put the coffee and all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
3. Whisk until smooth. Serve.
