Healthy Bite is an Erasmus+ youth exchange which brought together 40 youngsters from Estonia, Spain, Slovakia, Poland and Sweden. They gathered in the beautiful nature of Estonia to explore the topics of nutrition and healthy active living. Besides nutrition, participants learned about metabolism and created their own healthy diets.
