Some are and some are not. College professors are like every person in the world. They make a lot of mistakes and often their ego gets in the way of making financially prudent decisions.
Why do we hear that college professors are broke? Some college professor careers are not as financially rewarding as others, but you have to know, the way you don’t become broke is focusing on 3 main things:
1. Give some of your resources away.
2. Save some of your resources.
3. Spend some of your resources.
What I want you to do, rather than focus on whether college professors are broke, is to invest in your own self. Invest in your abilities to do good in this world, rather than focus on the shortfalls of other people.
