In this video, I am opening a box containing a gem and mineral collection from my Late Grandparents. This is a small selection of the gems and rocks that the collected over the years. They were avid rock hounds during the 70's and 80's and would have collected many of these stones themselves. Based on what I found in this box, they likely visited many rock collections sites all across the western United States.
I am not an expert on these stones, but I do try and talk briefly about what I see.
These stones are not currently for sale, I just waned to share what I found. I think that older collectors and gem enthusiast might get a kick out of the collection.
