I find myself purchasing tools at Harbor freight frequently. There are good and bad tools there. I usually and up finding fixes for the issues that arise with sub par tools. Here is one fix for a central machine ring roller sold by harbor freight for $79.99 i believe.
Straight out of the box the roller on this flexes so much that it wont roll rings. It rolls weird spirals. JUNK but with this one handy repair in 2 minutes you can get your ring roller working perfectly.
