In this part one, I am doing the front cross-member for the front diff. Dropping the diff 35mm will help reduce the CV joint angles that increased due to the 3" suspension lift. With that out of the way, I can start doing the rear cross-member for the front diff which is very important because it positions the height of the pinion relative to the transfer case output shaft and taking care of the working angles of the prop-shaft.
