Strahinja smuggles refugees through the Balkans. He has a temper and a gambling addiction, and he longs for a flashy lifestyle, causing him to be estranged from his wife and son, the very people he hopes to impress. When a routine trip is interrupted, Strahinja is stranded with two teen refugees. The more time Strahinja spends with them, the more their open-hearted approach to life makes him aware of the walls he has built around his own.
