What I learned while trying to replace a human sales associate with an AI: Customers now expect personal, expert level guidance (market overview). The conversational design is still in its infancy (technical challenges and potential solutions). The best strategy right now is to blend AI with expert knowledge (our user-testing failures and business outcomes in numbers).
