Turkish style Stuffed Green Peppers "Etli Dolma" recipe, with fresh herbs, spices, ground meat and other ingredients it is really healthy and delicious Traditional dish in Turkish Cuisine.
This dish i think is really a good choice to serve for a dinner time to your guests, for Ramadan or any time . You can prepare everything in the morning and cook it close to the dinner time.

Ingredients for stuffed green peppers
About 750gr. to 1 kg green peppers (Try to find small baby peppers that the skin is thin and same small or medium size)
3 tomatoes (peeled and cut it in cubes)
2 onions (chopped finely)
couple of cloves of garlic
half bunch of fresh parsley
half bunch of fresh mint or 1 tbsp dried mint
400gr. ground meat
1 cup rise, calrose or ones doesn't stick when it cooks (washed and rinsed)
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp tomato paste
4-5 tbsp olive oil
2+1/2 cups water
1 tomato to make a lid to dolma peppers
To make the sauce for the dolmas
3-4 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 cups of water
