After passing through seven owners over the course of 60 years (1960-2020) who did not have the time, means, or money to restore it... the Wisconsin Great Northern is finally undertaking and completing the task. Until its completion, we will provide weekly video updates (usually on Sunday afternoons) to show you the progress made in the past week on the MTZ.
On the Sunday, August 1, 2021 update, we get an update about the kitchen area going into the "Huckleberry Finn" from Bob. A wall between the kitchen and hallway is currently being installed. We also get a special one year anniversary look back at the arrival of "Injun Joe", which pulled into the railroad on the evening of August 1, 2020.
