On a cold, starry night in Milan, Style.com Arabia stopped by 10 Corso Como to congratulate Costume National designer, writer, and now published author, Alessandro Enriquez, on his book launch. 10x10 An Italian Theory is a collection of interiors and recipes from fashion's most respected figures such as Anna Dello Russo, Margherita Missoni, and Rossella Jardini of Moschino. Although outside temperatures were well below zero, inside, the elegant scene kept pulses racing with names such as Vogue Italia's Sara Maino, Mariuccia Casadio, Beniamino Marini, and faces of fashion Carla Sozzani, Viviana Volpicella, and Tamu McPherson. Designers Ennio Capasa of Costume National, Carlo Mengucci of Alberta Ferretti, and up-and-coming names in the industry such as Amedeo Piccione and Paula Cademartori were also in attendance.
The foremost Italian concept store was especially decorated for the evening with typical Sicilian ceramics, while the menu developed by the author celebrated the "Santa Lucia day" (a Saint said to bring gifts to good children and coal to bad ones) as per the Southern Italian tradition, with colored dishes and custom-made pastries by Cakedesign.
