This No Bake Yema Cake Recipe is perfect if you want to use it for business, The portioned was done in Llanera or the aluminum molder but if you just want to eat it at home and enjoy the food that's fine as well!
We previously made a baked version of this but we made it better and easier especially to those who does not have an oven.
Ingredients
Cake
1 1/4 cup cake flour
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
4 egg yolks
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup orange juice
8 egg whites
1 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 cup sugar
Yema Sauce
4 egg yolks
1 tbsp cornstarch
200 ml evaporated milk
380 ml condensed milk
150 ml all purpose cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp butter
