I took the classic Mac and Cheese recipe and made it even better by adding BBQ Chicken. This is a BBQ Chicken Mac and Cheese recipe using cut up pieces from a rotisserie chicken and some bbq sauce. This is an easy recipe to follow.

Shopping List and Measurments:

1 whole Rotisserie chicken
1 cup of your favorite bbq sauce
1 box macaroni - elbow or cellentani
4 cups of cheese (smoked gouda, cheddar - Divided)
1 tbsp sour cream
1/2 stick of unsalted butter
1/3 cup flour for roux
2 cups of milk
1 1/2 heavy cream
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp sazon complete
1 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp red cayenne pepper for a little heat
Parsley for garnish

Preheat Oven to 350°F and Bake for 30 Mins.
