A recent study by astronomers has revealed what they call the Radcliffe Wave. This seems to be a wave like formation of gas clouds that contain stars. They analysed the scattering of light from stars to determine whether they were in front or behind these dust clouds in order to map they possible location. They discovered that there seemed to be a gigantic wave of these stretching some 9000 light years in length and that is pushed above and below the galactic plane by about 400 light years. Now this comes as no surprise to anyone who understand the concepts of a stars forming on large Birkeland currents which follow the galactic arms. The report also claims to do away with the Gould belt but I believe this is not the case and there is evidence that not only this Radcliffe wave but other structures as well as the Gould belt can all be explained by Don Scott and Wal Thornhill's concepts of stars forming along Birkeland currents withing an Electric Universe.
