INGREDIENTS
4¾ cups (600 g) of flour, 2¼ sticks (250 g) of unsalted butter, 1 tablespoon of instant yeast, 3 egg yolks, 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar, ½ cup (130 ml) of milk, 4-5 heaping tablespoons of sour cream, zest of a lemon, 2 pinches of salt
Filling: 1½ pounds (675 g) of apricot jam, 10 ounces (300 g) of ground walnuts, 8 ounces (240 g) of powdered sugar, 3 tablespoons of rum mixed with some jam (optional)
Chocolate glaze: 3½ ounces (100 g) of butter, 3½ ounces (100 g) of powdered sugar, 4 tablespoons of milk, 2 heaping tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder

Combine the milk, 1 teaspoon of sugar and the yeast.
In a bowl, mix the salt and flour. Crumble the soft butter in and add the egg yolks, the sour cream, lemon zest, powdered sugar and yeast with the milk. Knead it into a smooth dough. After making the dough, let it rest covered for about 30 minutes. Divide it into 4 equal pieces and rest them, covered for 10 minutes. Roll out the first one to the size of a baking pan (9 x13 inches or 22x32 cm), and place it into a parchment paper-lined baking pan. Combine the ground walnuts and the powdered sugar. Spread one third of the jam on the top of the first layer, and cover it evenly with one third of the walnut-sugar mixture. Roll out the second piece of dough and place it over the walnut filling, and overlay it with a layer of jam and walnuts. Repeat these steps until everything is gone. Prick the top layer all around with a fork. Let the dough rise covered for another 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 355 °F (180 °C). Bake the cake for approximately 35-40 minutes until the top becomes golden brown. Let the cake cool down completely.
Prepare the chocolate glaze. In a small saucepan, cook the sugar, milk, butter and cocoa powder on low heat until the butter starts to melt. Cook it for one more minute until you see a nice, silky texture. Wait until the chocolate glaze cools down a little, it starts to solidify but it is still pourable. Spread it on the top of the cake evenly. Wait until the chocolate hardens, and cut it into small pieces by using a sharp knife dipped into hot water.

Hozzávalók: 600 g liszt, 250 g vaj (nem margarin), 1 evőkanál szárított élesztő, 3 tojássárgája, 3 evőkanál porcukor, 130 ml tej, 4-5 evőkanál tejföl, citrom reszelt héja, 2 csipet só
Töltelék: 675 g sárgabarack lekvár, 300 g darált dió, 240 g porcukor, 3 evőkanál rum a lekvárral összekeverve,
Csokoládé máz: 100 g porcukor, 100 g vaj, 2 evőkanál cukrozatlan kakaópor, 4 kanál tej

Először az élesztőt keverjük össze a tejjel és 1 kanál cukorral.
Keverjük össze a sót és a lisztet. Morzsoljuk el a vajat a liszttel, majd adjuk hozzá a porcukrot, reszelt citromhéjat, tojássárgáját, tejfölt és az élesztőt a tejjel. Gyúrjuk össze egy gombóccá es egy pár percig gyúrjuk, amíg egy szép rugalmas tésztát nem kapunk.
Helyezzük a tésztát egy edénybe es letakarva 30 percig pihentessük. Nem kell keleszteni, csak, hagyjuk egy kicsit emelkedni. Vágjuk fel a tésztát 4 egyenlő darabra, majd pihentessük, letakarva 10 percig. Keverjük össze a porcukrot a dióval. Sodorjuk ki az első gombócot téglalap formára, majd egy sütőpapír segítségével helyezzük a tepsibe(22 x 32 cm). Kenjük meg a lekvár 1/3- val majd szórjuk meg a dió 1/3-val. Takarjuk be a következő tésztával és mindent lépést ismételjünk addig amíg az összes hozzávalónk el nem fogy. Szurkáljuk meg a tésztát majd letakarva pihentessük 20 percig. Előmelegitett 180 C fokos sütőben 35-40 perc alatt készre sütjük.
Amikor kész lett, hagyjuk kihülni. A csokimázhoz tegyük az összes alapanyagot egy lábosba es melegítsük fel addig amíg a vaj elolvad és egy szép fényes csokimázat kapunk. Terítsük el a csokoládét a sütemény tetején. A szeleteléssel addig várjunk amíg a csoki megdermed, majd egy melegvízbe mártott késsel egyenlő darabokra vágjuk.
