MY FIRST EVER SCHINDLER 5500! Capstan Station on the Canada Line opened at 11am on December 20th, however I didn’t get there until 3pm.
This station has two platforms, one for inbound, and one for outbound trains. The elevators are almost identical, but slightly different. And instead of stupid 330As, these are actually GOOD Schindlers! These use the Schindler 3300/5500 belts instead of regular cables, and are top drive MRL. These are also much bigger than the 330As, and slightly faster. They also feature the “halo” EPCO Endurance buttons instead of having a little lamp in the middle.
