25 g sugar ( 2 Tbsp )
5ml vanilla extract ( 1 tsp )
85g milk ( 1/3 cup + 2 tsp )
80g heavy cream
5 g gelatin ( 1 tsp + 1 tsp )
80g milk chocolate (1/2 cup)
90g heavy cream ( 1/3 cup + 1 Tbsp )
150g dark chocolate (1 cup)
125g heavy cream ( 1/2 cup + 1 tsp )
