Three nursing home residents have died of the coronavirus in an outbreak that has afflicted Freedom Square of Seminole, a sprawling retirement community that has seen dozens hospitalized because of the virus, officials said. State, local and company officials agreed to shut down the facility and evacuate the 39 remaining residents to local hospitals, according to the Pinellas County administrator’s office.
