The spherical outer spherical ball bearing consists of a double-sided sealed outer spherical ball bearing and a cast (or steel stamped) bearing housing. The internal structure of the spherical ball bearing with the seat is the same as that of the deep groove ball bearing, but the inner ring of the bearing is wider than the outer ring. The outer ring has a spherical outer surface and is self-aligning with the concave spherical surface of the bearing housing. Usually, there is a gap between the inner hole of the bearing and the shaft, and the inner ring of the bearing is fixed on the shaft by a top wire, an eccentric sleeve or a clamping sleeve, and rotates together with the shaft.
The outer spherical ball bearing seat has many structural forms, such as vertical, square, diamond, boss circular, ring, slider seat and other forms of casting seat. The vertical, circular, triangular and diamond shapes of the stamping seat are the same. The type of seat bearing can be divided into various structural forms according to the structural deformation of the seat or the lubrication mode of the bearing and the sealing, which are suitable for different needs.
