In this video, Gail demonstrates a small animal liver scan with the Clarius Wireless Handheld C7 Vet Ultrasound Scanner. The liver scan is useful if the animal presents with elevated liver enzymes or abnormal bile acid results. Ultrasound can be used to analyze the parenchyma, and to differentiate between hepatic and post-hepatic liver disease.
