Salt - a pinch
Lemon zest - 1 tsp.
Eggs - 3 pcs
Flour - 250 g / 1.5 cups
Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Milk - 100 ml
Lemon juice - 3 tbsp.
Additionally:
Condensed milk 3 - 4 tbsp.
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
Mold dimensions 23x11 cm
Cup - 250 ml
Bake at 180°C (356~°F) 30 - 35 minutes.
