In this video, I filmed two parts of applying underglaze decals on the outside and inside of a round pottery bowl.

I used an unglazed bisqueware bowl first. Adding decals on a bare bisqueware was easier than adding decals on an already glazed piece.
In the second part of the video, I also added/stamped on some blue glaze over the decals.

I didn't include the part that I also applied some clear glaze over the bowl afterwards. I waited the decals underglaze to dry completely first, and then added the clear glaze.

About 10 years ago I took my very first pottery class. Since then, I was hooked to the finer arts of wheel-throwing and hand-building with clay.
