Made of rice flour, these are perked up with with taste enhancers like green chillies and cumin seeds. The speckled effect of cumin seeds upon rolling is quite interesting as it's flavour. It is also known by several names like appalam in tamil nadu, appadam in andhra and happala in karnataka.

RED CHILLI FLAKES : HALF TSP
JEERA : HALF TSP
SALT : 1/4 TSP
