Day 18: Our favorite picture books to celebrate the coming of the winter season!

Welcome back!

Well, we finally got our tree up just in time! While pulling out our winter decorations, I wanted to share one of my favorite holiday traditions: A Picture Book Advent! In this video I show you all the books we loved so much we kept them as part of our home library. There are many others we have loved in the past, however, and these we checked out from libraries. Below I have shared links to both the books we own and those we have gotten from libraries. This is one of those traditions that is completely doable with little to no budget!

Be sure to watch through to the end: The kids and I came up with a spur-of-the-moment idea to make stockings a little more fun this year now that my son has discovered the “Big Secret” and we're missing some of the magic of the season.
