Preserflo Microshunts, in common with all drainage implants, vary in the rate of drainage from patient to patient. A very simple and popular method to prevent hypotony in higher risk patients, such as high myopes and the elderly, is to partially occlude the tube with a ripcord. This video demonstrates my updated techinque.
