Shrimp Fajitas is the perfect recipe for an easy and quick dinner! You can create your own spice blend at home or even use your favorite taco seasoning. And because we're still enjoying the last few weeks of summer, we're going to be grilling the shrimp along with onions, and bell peppers. My secret is to season both the shrimp and veggies. Ingredients:
1-2 lbs Large Raw Shrimp
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1 ½ tbsp Light Brown Sugar
½ tbsp Orégano
1 tsp Cumin
2 Spanish Onions
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Yellow or Orange Bell Pepper
½ cup Sour Cream
¼ cup Hot Sauce
½ Lime
Zest of ½ Lime
1 Garlic Clove
2 tbsp Cilantro
1 ½ tbsp Olive Oil
Kosher Salt to Taste
Black Pepper to Taste
