India on Tuesday said that there should be no double standards in dealing with terrorists. India's Permanent Representative to the United Nations Ruchira Kamboj said that the practice of placing holds on listing requests without giving a justification needs to end and it is most regrettable that genuine and evidence based listing proposals regarding some of the most notorious terrorists in the world are being placed on hold.
