Luka Magnotta is a Canadian murderer, responsible for the killing and dismemberment of Jun Lin, a Chinese exchange student, and he was convicted in 2012. After an 11 minute video titled "1 Lunatic 1 Ice Pick" was uploaded to Bestgore.com, in which Luka filmed himself committing this horrible crime on camera, and mailed the victim's severed limbs across the country, it triggered an international man hunt. What makes this even creepier that Magnotta may have used the famous 90s movie "Basic Instinct" as a blueprint for his killing.
