Lord Nazir Ahmed got Justice in Sheffield Crown Court. In his remarks, Judge also said the Crown prosecution service was disgraceful.
Judge Jeremy Richardson QC has now ruled all proceedings against Mr. Ahmed should stop due to prosecution errors.
The Crown Prosecution Service said it would appeal the decision.
