How we shifted to pack kosher-style lunches when my daughter started attending Jewish Preschool (leave the bacon at home!). Today's lunch employs a few of my favorite mommy tricks:
cook once, serve twice (for the pancakes I made in a double batch), pack something fun to dip (syrup), pack lots of fruits and veggies that my girls love (bonus points if we grew it - see our cute tiny "Spoon" tomatoes L picked this morning).
Summer is in full swing and I've been burning the candle at both ends. Packing breakfast in the lunchbox is a two-for-one time saver for me that I hope you enjoy!
